Product Description
MOO-Slick Ultra Light Grease Coating
Near grease-level protection, without the grease-level mess.
Traditional grease does its job well, but it's thick, heavy, it throws, and collects dirt and grime wherever it sits, degrading the very protection it's there to provide. MOO-Slick Ultra Light Grease Coating solves that with the same foaming aerosol delivery used in Ultra Thin Oil with PTFE, letting it creep into tight spaces a traditional grease can't reach, then cure into a thin film that clings precisely where it's sprayed instead of sitting in a heavy glob. The result is a formula that trades a modest amount of grease's protection and lifespan for significantly less throw and dirt collection, without giving up the core job grease is there to do.
The aerosol format here isn't just packaging, it's a genuine advantage. It's what makes the foaming action possible in the first place, and it's what delivers the adhesive factors that let this formula cure over time, meaningfully improving adhesion and lifespan the longer it's left to set. None of that is achievable with a traditional grease.
Full lubrication performance is immediate, there's no need to wait before putting a freshly coated component back into service. That said, giving it time to cure, roughly 24 hours, is genuinely worth it here, boosting adhesion and lifespan while letting it fully set into that thin, clinging film for the least possible throw and collection.
Grease, reimagined and refined.
Some tips from the team:
- Unlike a typical aerosol, this one rewards a controlled, feather-light touch.
- Build slow, steady pressure until the pressure sensitive valve just barely begins to open, allowing a precise, drop by drop release.
- The high-flow tube is the recommended default for nearly all situations, it actually releases more product but at substantially lower pressure, allowing the room to find that precise control with practice.
- Don't rush it, take a second or two to build pressure before product flows, that's the desired method.
- Working through several components in a row, don't fully release pressure between each one. Ease off just enough to stop the flow, then ease right back in for the next, it's much faster than starting fresh each time.
- The key here is to place it right where you want it, right on the friction point, and nowhere else. A little precision goes a long way, and minimizes throw and collection even further.
Features:
- Engineered for exposed moving parts where traditional grease's mess and throw become a real problem
- Foaming aerosol delivery lets it creep into tight tolerances a traditional grease can't reach
- Cures into a thin, clinging film with excellent adhesion, trading a modest amount of grease's raw protection and lifespan for dramatically less throw and dirt collection
- Pressure-sensitive valve for controlled, precise application
- Select the high-flow tube for maximum control
- 14oz usable product per can
Ideal Applications:
- Ideal for exposed moving parts where traditional grease's mess and throw become a real liability
- Driveshafts, CVDs, universals, and pillow balls
- Hinge pins, steering and suspension pivots, and exposed gears
- For fully enclosed, non-exposed applications, Udder Butter remains the better default for maximum protection and lifespan
- Exception: situations like drag racing or speed runs, where minimizing drag matters more than absolute protection, making Grease Coating the right call even internally in those cases

Another great product
Super slick without being to thick. Works great and doesn't smell up the work area.
