The 1 quart Moo-Kleen Simple Sonic is the new cleaning solution when you want options. This is a citrus scented heavily concentrated corrosive cleaner and degreaser. The balanced, non acidic, non alkaline formulation makes a safer choice for RC use when a corrosive cleaner is needed to remove oil and grease. The recommended dilution ratio is 32:1 for heavy/ 64:1 for regular/ 128:1 for light.

The dilution rate will be dependent on the corrosive sensativety of the items balances with how much oil and grease is needed to be removed.

Ultrasonic cleaners often will be effective with a much lighter dilution ratio.

For spray use; apply, wait if necessary (3 to 5 minutes) to allow the cleaner to work, then rinse off. The rinse process is an important step to the use of any corrosive cleaner that is often overlooked. Skipping this process allows the residue to sit which can cause premature damage on your intended surface depending on sensativety.

Make sure you read the directions on the bottle to ensure proper use and also proceed with caution when using heavier dilution ratios.

As with all corrosive products avoid long term extended exposure and overly concentrated dilution ratios wherever possible.

Proceed with caution when exposing plastics, polymers and anodizing with heavy concentrates.

Not for use on orings, gaskets, lexan, painted surfaces or lights porous materials. Make sure you test on all surfaces.

So I chose to go with the Ultrasonic Cleaner. I poured my desired dilution rate into the clearer getting ready for some Moo-Kleen magic.

There are many rc parts and products that can be applied to this cleaning process. I decided to use plastic diff gears that are covered with diff oil.

Dropped them into the Ultrasonic Cleaner, set it for 3 minutes and away we go.

Time is up. I just removed the gears and wiped them clean. Oil is gone

This is the rinse process, however you want to apply the water, in a glass or spray. Wipe off and you are all set with a fresh set of clean gears.

This product is what a lot of RC enthusiasts have been asking for and CowRC has done it. The value alone is worth having in your RC maintenance arsenal. Due to the high concentrated solution this bottle just might be that last one you need to buy. So there ya go. Economical, effective and a safer option than using regular household products on your RC. Seems like another win if you ask me? See ya at the track.
