General Return Policy

You may return all new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund . We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Custom & Made To Order Returns Policy

We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.

Here's the important stuff.

No cancellations of made to order products, such as Pit Towels, Apparal, and Headwear will be accepted. Cancellations of custom order products such as Magnetics, Vinyl, or Art can be accepted prior to manufacturing only. Due to the nature of custom and made to order products we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body types and styles. If you have any questions about how a product may fit, please refer to the product specifications. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once manufactured. To return any items contact us immediately upon its arrival. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products and our HAZMAT products (aerosols) cannot be shipped to international destinations outside of the United States and Canada. HAZMAT products by law must ship via ground services, expedited options are not available for these products. You must select USPS Parcel Select or UPS Ground shipping options when purchasing HAZMAT products to be shipped within the US and UPS Standard shipping option when purchasing HAZMAT products to be shipped within Canada. 

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items, the shipping options you choose, and an estimate provided directly via the USPS & UPS API systems. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page as well.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight/size based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
