Insta-Flex+ Clear Rubber Toughened CA
All the flex, none of the black.
Insta-Flex+ shares the same rubber-toughened formula as Bob Smith Industries' black IC-2000, but without the carbon component that gives IC-2000 its color, and its added strength. That trade-off means Insta-Flex+ runs a little less strong than IC-2000, though still well above standard CA, in exchange for a bond that stays invisible wherever appearance matters. It's the better choice any time you need a flexible bond but can't have the adhesive itself showing.
Insta-Flex+ forms superior bonds to soft urethane and vinyl plastics, and like its counterpart Insta-Flex, it works well for bonding RC car tires. Its flexibility also makes it the stronger option for joints with a larger-than-normal gap, where a flexible CA holds up to shock far better than a rigid one.
Works best on:
Hard wood, glass and metal, fiberglass, hard plastics, rubber.
Works good on:
Balsa wood, soft wood, ceramics, laminating, water-resistant applications, reinforcing.
