Custom & Made To Order Returns Policy
We hope you never need this page, but if you do, here's what you need to know.
Made-to-order items, things like Pit Towels, Apparel, Duffle Bags, and Headwear, are produced specifically for you once your order comes in, which means we're not able to accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on these, except in the case of a genuine misprint, material flaw, or defect. If that happens, reach out to us right away as soon as it arrives, and we'll take care of it.
One more thing worth knowing upfront, sizing can vary between body types and styles, so take a look at the product specifications before you order if you're unsure how something will fit. Since these pieces are made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns for an incorrect size once it's gone into production.
Custom order products like Magnetics, Vinyl, or Art work a little differently, cancellations on these are accepted, but only before manufacturing begins.
