CowRC keeps it in the family. I'd like to showcase two Factory Team Drivers who just happen to be father and son. Peas and carrots, peanut butter and jelly, steak and eggs? However you want to slice it, these two get it done in the race world, using CowRC products every step along the way.

Let me introduce CowRC Factory Team Driver Geoffrey Ketler. Geoffrey got bit by the RC bug at a very early age. Like many, he started pushing around tiny 1:64 scale cars and trucks on his living room carpet. This progressed to going to his local hobby shop and seeing a whole new light to the racing scene. Dirt oval, carpet off road, monster trucks, he does it all. 

Geoffrey stumbled upon some YouTube videos featuring some CowRC products and decided to give it a try. Well, CowRC products are like a bag of chips, you just can't have one. From Carbon Series mats, to Moo-Slick Bearing Oil with PTFE. When asked what Geoffrey's favorite product is, the answer was the infamous Udder Butter. He always has it on hand, keeping the syringe in his pit bag and the jar on his workbench. Like Frank's Red Hot, he puts that stuff on everything!! He uses the Butter on all his gears to keep them running smooth and enhancing the longevity. The Butter also does wonders on his shock seals, keeping the perfect seal with that silky smooth buttery action. These are just some of the many products Geoffrey uses on a regular basis to keep his vehicles at peak performance. 

Enter Geoff Ketler. This is the father of the talented Geoffrey Ketler. Geoff races 10th scale and Monster trucks. However he does admit that his skill level is nowhere near his son's. Geoff considers himself the "Pit Dad" making sure batteries are charged, wheel nuts are on tight, ride height is set, and last but not least, Jimmy Johns is on the way. Geoff is in the middle of organizing The 2nd annual Magic Hobbies Summer Slam Monster Truck Race. Last year was a huge success with over 140 entries and racers from 8 different states. The CowRC sponsored event raised over $2000 for Breakthrough TD1. This is a charity close to Geoff's family that supports research for type 1 Diabetes. We at CowRC thank you for reaching out and giving back to the community, this this what it is all about. 

Geoff uses many many of the CowRC products. However his favorite is the CowRC Tire Wash combined with the Jet Blaster Turbo or reservoir brush. From dirt to carpet then back to dirt. After all the racing is over, Geoff is left with mounds of dirty tires. He just lines them up in the driveway and goes to work, the dirt and grime doesn't stand a chance. The Wash cuts through, then the brush or Blaster eliminates the debris. 

Wheel nuts on tight? Batteries charged? Ride height set? Did you put Udder Butter on your diff you just installed? "Yes dad" is Geoffrey's response. These are the last minute questions a father gives to his son before a race.
